Rev. Joy attended Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa with an emphasis on the Traveling Ministry.  In December 2001 she was licensed and ordained under the auspices of Amazing Grace International Ministries in Tulsa, where she received her academic training in the Ministry of Deliverance under the leadership of Rev. Rev. Eleanor Joy is founder and President of In His Love Ministries, and is a licensed and ordained minister.  She was born in Washington, D.C.
