My heart has been overwhelmed with the need for intercession concerning our Nation and the path that it is presently on.  The destiny of our Nation will be determined in the next 4 to 5 years.  This is a key time in our Nation. At this moment, we are living in a generation that is key to our Nation and what direction we are going to take and whether we will survive as a Nation without there being a split.

The Lord wants to awaken us (The Church) out of her slumber, so that she can regain her focus concerning building his kingdom and his eternal purposes. Jesus said in Revelation:22:20 Surely I come quickly.

Let’s endeavor to remove all distractions and free our hearts from anything that may cause us to lose focus on our primary calling, which is to be disciples of Christ!

In Revelation:2:4 The Lord said to the church at Ephesus: Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

In 2002, there were only one or two events on the national or world stage a month that could be considered “prophetic.” Five years later it was one a week.  In the headlines today, we see events with prophetic significance are occurring several times a day. We need to be vigilant. We need to have understanding. We need to have discernment. There’s a time when the guidance of the Holy Spirit may not only mean the saving of our personal lives, but also the God-given opportunity to lead another soul to eternal life. We have to be ready. We have to be awake.

Many of the verses in Daniel and Revelation are difficult to understand.  Some are symbolic. Some are literal. Some have been fulfilled. Some have yet to be fulfilled. Of the things we know, we must be alert that, as Jesus warned his disciples in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” In Acts 1:6, Jesus was asked when he would restore the kingdom to Israel. Jesus replied, “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. But ye shall receive power, after the Holy Ghost has come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

America has long been the nation that stood in the gap for Israel and has blocked in the breech against the coming New World Order. In recent years, America’s leadership has become less and less a barrier to the rise of the anti-Christ and a one world government. Events under this current leadership have exponentially accelerated us toward the prophetic end times. There are several events in the news today that have prophetic implications for America and the future of every American.  Let’s open our eyes to see what’s being revealed to us.
